Dominion Leadership Strategies
Most founders don't have a sales or team problem. They have a founder dependency problem. We name the constraint, make the move, and build what holds.
Most founders don't have a sales or team problem. They have a founder dependency problem. We name the constraint, make the move, and build what holds.
Dominion Advisory works with founder-led service businesses, primarily agencies and consulting firms doing between three and thirty million in revenue with roughly ten to a hundred and fifty employees. Construction, trades and field service companies of the same size run the same condition in a different register.
In a service firm the founder is the product. Clients bought the founder's judgment first and never stopped, and no one else's judgment was ever installed or trusted in its place. Underneath that sits founder dependency: the company has become dependent on one person's decisions, judgment, relationships and presence. Revenue hides it, because growth does not mean health. Growth means motion.
The work follows one sequence. Name the constraint that is actually governing the business. Make the decision the company has been waiting on, because the move is what creates the clarity rather than the other way around. Then build the structure that holds, because a decision without architecture is just a hard week.
Availability is the outcome. Not a mindset and not being reachable, but the structural result of removing the dependency.
